For Midnight Millennium event registration.
When you register, we collect your first name, email, gender, age range, postcode (or, if you're visiting from overseas, your country), and a privacy acknowledgement. Optionally, you can also tell us how you heard about us, what you drive, your Instagram handle, whether it's your first Midnight Millennium, and what you're into. None of that is required.
To issue your entry pass, run the event safely (know roughly how many people and when they're arriving), and understand our community better so we can plan future events. Postcode and arrival-time data is used in aggregate: we're not tracking you individually beyond what's needed to check you in.
Your details are only seen by the House of Millennium team. We never sell or share your personal information. We may share combined statistics (like age ranges or how far people travelled) with event partners and sponsors, but never anything that identifies you. Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
Marketing emails are opt-in only, and only for people 18 and over. If you're under 18, the opt-in isn't shown and we never email you about future events.
We delete registration details 12 months after the event. If you opted in to updates, we keep your name and email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Midnight Millennium is a public event and we'll be taking photos and video, which may appear on our socials. If you'd rather not be featured, let our team know on the night or email us at admin@houseofmillennium.com.
Email admin@houseofmillennium.com with the email address you registered with, and we'll remove your data.
